MUMBAI:
AETN All Asia Networks (AAAN), a joint venture of A&E Television
Networks and ASTRO ALL ASIA NETWORKS plc, will launch The History
Channel and Crime and Investigation Network in Hong Kong on
PCCW Now TV on June 15, 2007.
The
History Channel and Crime & Investigation Network will also
launch that day on Astro in Malaysia and Brunei, on StarHub in Singapore,
and in Thailand, The History Channel will be available on TrueVision.
Our
launch in Hong Kong is an important step for The History Channel
and Crime & Investigation Network, and we are very pleased to
announce our partnership with PCCW Now TV, said Sean Cohan,
Senior Vice President, International for A&E Television Networks.
Hong Kong has a deep history and appreciation for documentary
and educational programming so we are confident the channels will

schedules for both The History Channel and Crime & Investigation
Network will feature local acquisitions and local productions.
