CHANNEL V GETS NEW MANAGERS

Channel V has hired a clutch of new managers for its Asian, Indian and Taiwanese operations. Ruuben van den Heuvel has come in as business development director which puts him in charge of finding new terrestrial buyers of Channel [V] programming, merchandising, development of compilation albums, and internet ad sales. The second person hopping on board is Ann Tsang as communications director with the responsibility of publicity, marketing and promotions. The other new recruit is Andrew Burroughs who has joined as network operations manager and will be involved with the launch of new live programming on the channel.

The channel management has recruited Mel Velarde as business development head for its India office while Ben Au has joined as head of its Taiwan operations.
