MUMBAI:
Bangalore-based Ikya Human Capital Solutions has appointed
Marcel Parker as chairman. Parker will be responsible to supervise
governance, HR and operations.
Before joining Ikya, Parker worked as the president-HR (Human
Resource) at the Raymond group of companies. He also has work
experience in the HR functioning of organizations like Voltas,
East India Hotels, Modi Xerox and Bharat Shell limited.
