Samsung launches 'Khulja Slim-Slim' offer on flat CTVs

NEW DELHI: Samsung India has announced the launch of its 'Khulja Slim-Slim' consumer offer on its flat colour televisions. As part of this promotional offer, valid till 30 June, any purchase of a Samsung Flat colour television entitles the customer a chance to upgrade from Flat TV to Ultra SlimFit TV and Ultra SlimFit to glossy Ultra SlimFit or LCD TV.

In the offer, each customer gets a scratch card with the purchase of a Samsung Flat TV through which he may be able to upgrade to a superior product without paying any extra cost. In case a customer does not win an upgrade offer, he will get a sure-shot gift of a free DVD Software Pack comprising current Bollywood blockbuster movies. There will also be movies in local languages for different regions.

"Our differentiated Flat and Ultra Slim product line-up , the depth in our CTV range, as well the attractive opportunity to get a free upgrade that this consumer offer provides, should help the Company notch up a 40 per cent growth during the promotion period," said Samsung India Deputy MD R Zutshi.

The Samsung Ultra SlimFit TVs are 40 per cent slimmer than the conventional Flat TVs and is equipped with Samsung's patented DNIe technology for enhanced image quality. The Samsung Ultra SlimFit comes with Super Natural Sound Technology for crystal clear sound and enhanced sound output.

Samsung India has a range of 11 Ultra SlimFit TVs and 28 Flat CTV models in its product line-up. While the Ultra SlimFit TVs are priced in the range Rs 9,600 to Rs 19,500, the Flat CTVs are priced between Rs 6,400 and Rs 21,500.
