Lintas Media Group announces new leadership structure

MUMBAI:Lintas Media Group (LMG), IPG's new fully acquired subsidiary, announced plans for its move into the next leg with a new and more robust structure and leadership team.

The team that will helm the newly structured organisation is planned around "collectives", says an official release. Accordingly, Sudha Natrajan and NP Sathyamurty were appointed as joint presidents, LMG to head specific "client collectives" and also "regional collectives" for business in the south-east and west, respectively. The company appointed Premjeet Sodhi as EVP with a mandate to head the "collectives" based in the north.

With regard to the new leadership team, LMG head Lynn de Souza said, "Lintas Media Group will greatly benefit with this augmented leadership. Their commitment and depth is unshakeable and I feel personally very happy to be able to be joined by them in the way forward."

These was the key outcomes of a landmark meeting conducted over two days where Lintas Media Group celebrated the trebling of revenues in three years and "firm cementing of its position as a leading player".

The meeting agenda included sessions with industry veterans - Ogilvy Chairman and NCD Piyush Pandey, Lowe India Chairman R Balki, Star Network CEO Uday Shankar and ITC Foods CEO Ravi Naware, who is also one of Lintas Media Group's key clients.

The internal "Third Eye" awards distribution formed an important highlight of the meeting.
