director Siddhartha Upadhyay said, ''In the past, our team
has handled the auto expo. This time, our biggest challenge
will be to carry out an integrated approach for disseminating
news across the country and the globe as well.''
Besides
the national and regional media, he said, Mavcomm would co-ordinate
with international media as well. The organisation will also
be responsible for registrations and information management
pre, during and post the event, Upadhyay added.
The
9th Auto Expo 2008 is one of the biggest platforms of the
Asian auto markets and will be the largest in Asia in terms
of space, covering over 1,20,000 square metres, up by around
60 per cent over the 2006 auto show in New Delhi. It is expected
to see over 2,000 participants and one million visitors.
