MUMBAI: The Amity International Business School, Noida has awarded TNS India The HR Excellence Award during its fourth annual global HR Summit.

TNS India was selected for this award after in-depth study of over 500 leading companies and data provided by renowned HR consulting firms and leading business publications.

The six-month long research comprised various phases. The first phase was an extensive selection process from the databases of the surveys conducted by renowned human resource consultancies like Hewitt Associates, Grow Talent Company Limited and Mercer Consulting as well as publications such as Business World, Business Today and Dataquest.

Next, each listed company was further screened and the companies selected as finalists were then subjected to an extensive survey among the future human resource workforce of the country - over 1000 post graduate management students of leading institutes across India to capture their perceptions of the companies with the best HR practices and their willingness to join the company.

Perception of over 1000 management graduates from various colleges was also considered for ranking the companies on the basis of their dream job, willingness to join, compensation & benefits, growth opportunity, organization culture, job content and employability.

TNS India shared the platform for this award with companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Aditya Birla Group, Computer Science Corporation, HCL, Blue Dart, Jubilant, Reliance Industries, DLF Group, HIL, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, Value First and JK Tyre to name a few.

Receiving the award, TNS India EVP Gautam Nath said, "This is an award for every employee in the company. We are proud of our team members without whom this would not have been possible."
