MUMBAI: Sprouts has introduced the concept of brand services retailing in India. This acts as a brand custodian and partners its progress at every step.

The company notes that the service comes at a time, when the corporates and major brands are shifting their loyalties between agencies and in turn, agencies trying hard to retain their account.

There is a silent business happening between the clients (both with brands tied up with agencies and lesser recall brands without agencies) and the so called design shops. The reasons said are cost saving, urgent requirements, limited budgets etc.

Having the technical knowledge and most of the time, these design shops, not only gain a reasonable advertising share, they either deviate from the advertising guidelines, or go against the hard earned brand image. Therefore brand services retailing is important, the company says.

The company notes that it offers many services under one roof. These include creative concepts, media releases, flash presentations, market research and corporate identity.

The company adds that guidelines for brand communications, consistent to the brand image and identity will be adhered to.

The company has six departments – creative, film / multimedia, print production, event / promotion, media / PR services, exhibition.

It also offers a proprietary tool called Virtual Branding. This allows companies to access online services which it says are both cost effective and time saving.

The company also provides solutions to short term campaigns with limited budgets.
