ropes in Tom Bergeron to host Promotion and Marketing Awards

MUMBAI:
Promax/BDA 2007 has tapped ABC Network's Dancing with the
Stars and America's Funniest Home Video anchor Tom Bergeron
to host the annual Promotion and Marketing Awards to be held
on 14 June.
"We
are delighted to have such a fun and fitting personality as
Tom Bergeron host the Promax/BDA 2007 Promotion and Marketing
Awards," said Promax/BDA interim MD Lee Hunt.
"Connected
to such ratings leaders as Dancing with the Stars and AFV,
Bergeron knows well the power behind successful marketing
campaigns in helping to help make hits. To add his wit and
humor to the mix will really make for a great evening."
This
year's Promax/BDA competitions have seen a surge in participation,
with a record-breaking 11,500 entries. Promax/BDA will hold
its 52nd annual North American conference 12 - 14 June at the
Hilton New York.
