MUMBAI: The International Advertising Association (IAA) has announces that it's third annual Global Marketing Summit 2007 will take place on 29 March and will be hosted by the IAA New York Chapter.

According to an official announcement the annual event is dedicated to showcasing an enlightening and provocative series of topical debate panels among advertising professionals. Issues to be discussed include changing consumer behaviours, effectively becoming a global brand, and the future of marketing.

Keynote speakers of the event will include Ferrazzi Greenlight CEO Keith Ferrazzi and bestselling author of "Never Eat Alone," founder HDnet Mark Cubin and CNN Anderson Cooper.

"The IAA is dedicated to bringing the best and brightest advertising and marketing minds together in forums such as this to discuss and debate the most pressing issues the industry is facing today," said IAA New York Chapter president and mediaedge:cia president Andrew McLean.

According to IAA executive director Michael Lee, debates promise to be both "lively and reciprocal", so that both speakers and delegates have the opportunity to listen, speak, and shape the future of global communications. Lee said, "Needless to say, the dialogue will feature insightful remarks about doing business in an ever accelerating world."

The event is designed to continue to challenge the advertising industry at a time of significant change. The event will be sponsored by CNN International, Condé Nast Portfolio, Newsweek, Joost and The Wall Street Journal, adds the release.
