BANGALORE: Minute Maid Pulpy Orange has topped the one million-mark in sales of the 400-ml pack in its first month of launch in three southern states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamilnadu.

The product has evoked an extremely enthusiastic response cutting across a large spectrum of consumer groups, ranging from children, young adults and housewives to the elderly, a company release asserts.

Deepak Kaul, region vice president - South, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, said, "We are delighted with the positive response from consumers who have accepted and appreciated Minute Maid Pulpy Orange."

After the launch of Minute Maid Pulp Orange on 19 February at Hyderabad, the company has rolled out the product in more than 35 cities across the southern states in the last one month. The product is available in 400-ml and 1-litre PET bottles and presently reaches consumers in the three southern states through a network that now covers nearly 15,000 outlets.
