Publicis India wins Cleartrip creative account worth Rs 400 million

MUMBAI: Following a multi-agency pitch Publicis India has bagged the creative duties for online travel portal Cleartrip, beating the other agencies in the fray including Euro RSCG and TBWA India.

The size of the business is estimated to be Rs 400 million for this fiscal.

Publicis India executive VP Ambba Kuthiala said "Cleartrip is the fastest growing online travel company in India. What worked for us was our ability to change the co-ordinates for the brand and create a better connection with the customers. I have no doubt that Our passion for this space will take Clear trip to another level.

Cleartrip vice president marketing Noel Swain said "We are looking at taking a huge leap in the overall Marketing Strategy in 2007-08 and making Cleartrip the preferred choice of customers. The ability of Publicis to understand our vision and effectively translate this into creative strategy will make our association with them successful."
