Zee Cinema promotes 'Bhakti ki Shakti' mythological slot

MUMBAI: Zee Cinema is promoting Bhakti Ki Shakti, a Sunday 9 am slot which will showcase mythological films.

In a major initiative, the channel organized an Aarti at the Siddhivinayak temple, Mumbai. The announcement for the slot was done by singer and anchor Aditya Narayan who was present at the aarti.

Bhakti Ki Shakti, Zee Cinema's mythological branded time slot, will showcase mythological movies every Sunday morning starting 17 June.

The aarti was followed by a Bhajan session and Maha Prasad in the evening in the presence of the guests.

Also present at the aarti were Twinkle Bajpai of Zee TV's Ghar ki Lakshmi Betiyaan and Smriti Madan.

In addition to this, the viewers can also participate in the Bhakti Ki Shakti contest which is running on Zee Cinema.

The viewers will have to write their own spiritual experiences and win prizes. Few winners will be profiled on the channel to share their experiences with the viewers during the telecast of the movies.

Says Zee Cinema deputy business head Mohan Gopinath, "The channel is all about enhancing Indian values. Our viewer is the quintessential Indian who values love, warmth & friendliness and is deeply rooted in Indian culture. Through Bhakti Ki Shakti, Zee Cinema is aiming to striking a chord with these people who love watching mythological movies. We are also inviting viewers to share their spiritual experiences with us"

Movies like Lav Kush, Nagina ek vardaan, Maa durga divya haathi, Hari darshan, Sampoorna Ramayana, Jai Mahalaxmi Maa Shirdi Ki Sai Baaba and many more will be shown in the slot.
