MUMBAI:Big 92.7 Fm will observe 'Big Salaam' to salute and honour the undying spirit of Mumbaikars who came together to face the devastation that occurred in the city on 26 July in 2005.

In the breakfast show Big Chai RJ Archana and Vrajesh will talk to Himesh Reshammiya and Sunidhi Chauhan who will recollect memories of the day and things they wished they could change about the city.

Besides, one of the finalists of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa will interact with listeners throughout the day and perform songs that will lift up the spirit of the city.

Various RJs of Big FM will be visiting some of the affected places like Vakola and other slum areas wherein listeners will be reminisced of some of the experiences of 26 July and share experience about how Mumbai came together to help each other on the day of the deluge.
