South appoints Joono Simon as executive creative director

MUMBAI:
Mudra South has roped in Joono Simon as executive creative director. Based at
Bangalore he will lead the creative team in the Southern region. He comes from
JWT where he was VP and senior creative director for Chennai.

Advertising National creative director Bobby Pawar said, "Joono comes in
with a great reputation and represents new, fresh thinking. His experience and
exposure are a good fit with what our clients here need. He has worked on some
key brands and his outstanding art background will give an added impetus to deliver

Simon has over
a decade's experience in advertising. He has won more than 30 International awards
including Cannes, D&AD and Clio to his credit. The gold lion at Cannes last
year and silver in Cannes 2005 are some of his most recent wins, states an official
release.
