Mudra appoints Ajit Menon as executive VP & head - Leadership, Learning and Change

MUMBAI: The Mudra Group, marketing communications firm has appointed Ajit Menon as the executive vice-president and head - Leadership, Learning and Change (LLC).

Commenting on Ajit Menon's appointment, Mudra managing director and CEO Madhukar Kamath, "At Mudra, we put our people first. It is great to have Ajit on board; he is a critical addition to our senior management team. He will lead a large LLC team and help us unleash the potential of our talent. Ajit comes to us with proven expertise in 'people management and team building', innovation, system orientation and hands on learning in recruitment, administration, training and development."

Specifically related to HR Menon has had hands on experience in training, quality, MIS, recruitment and administration of large operations having worked in the BPO industry and has handled a generalist HR role. Prior to joining Mudra he was the vice president HR and Global Operations for Nirvana Business Solutions, states an official release.

Menon stated, "I am glad to be associated with Mudra. Mudra has one of the highest investments in the people function, among the marketing communications groups and I look forward to contributing to the Mudra group's mission of being the most admired communications group in India."

Leadership, Learning and Change- Mudra's human resources' team is responsible for identifying, nurturing and growing talent, was set up four years ago, when Madhukar Kamath took over the group's leadership.
