Manish Porwal to join Percept Talent Management as CEO

MUMBAI: After his exit from Starcom, Manish Porwal is joining Percept Talent Management (PTM) as CEO from 7 January. In his new position, he will lead the talent business.

Percept plans to build and strengthen its asset-based businesses through PTM. Percept will revamp its talent business model, with Porwal at its helm.

Porwal has been with Starcom since May 2003, joining as general manager, investment and new initiatives. He was promoted to executive director in 2005 and later became MD, India (West and South).

Percept joint MD Shailendra Singh says, “The talent business of is huge. We have spent 14 years in this space, but I believe we have only just begun. If learnings from the developed nations are any indication, one day all talents in India will be owned, managed and leveraged by PTM. With Manish’s background and commitment to the vision, I am sure Percept will have a significant role to play towards this change."
