MUMBAI:
Research company TNS India has appointed Dipika Sharma as
senior VP– people and culture. Her role in this capacity
would be to provide leadership and visionary support to the
existing people and culture team.
Dipika
has 16 years of experience in leadership capacities with global
organisations. She joined TNS from Dow Chemical International,
where she was designated as VP - HR. Prior to this she worked
as Head of HR with Transworld Group.

India MD R. Suresh says, " With her in the team, we look
forward to great initiation in the sensitive areas of people
management, talent acquisition and retention practices in TNS
India."
