Levi Strauss kick-starts Deepika series of contests

MUMBAI: Levi Strauss (India) Pvt. Ltd. announced its new 'Dart-to-Win' contest that would provide an opportunity for fans of Deepika Padukone to meet her. Strauss also announced that Padukone would continue to be its national brand ambassador for their Levi Strauss Signature brand of clothing.

The 'Dart to win' contest needs customers and fans of Deepika to register their opinion about Deepika in the Levi Strauss Signature stores across India. The most creative comment will be handpicked by Deepika, and the winner will get an opportunity to meet her and avail a paid trip & stay for one day. The contest, which starts on 11 December, will be open till 10 January.

In addition, Levi Strauss has also started a gaming activity at the Levis Strauss brand outlets, where a purchase of Rs 2500 and above will enable customers to partake of a dart game with three chances to aim at the dart board containing branded T-shirts, jeans, watch and travel bag.

"Our association with Deepika is a perfect brand fit, and we are delighted to partner with her", said Levi Strauss Signature™ Business Head, ATP Ramani.

Third time in a row, Levi's Strauss won the Images Fashion Award for the Most Admired Jeanswear Brand of the Year in India.
Moreover, the company has been actively involved in supporting programmes that aid the economic empowerment of the youth and women, education of girl children and programmes that promote awareness and understanding of the fight against HIV/AIDS.
