EuroNews to promote social responsibility through ads

MUMBAI: EuroNews will air One Minute of Responsibility which features spots for non-commercial, social and environmental causes to promote social responsibility.

Beginning 14 December, the spots comprising 25 campaigns are part of the ACT Responsible exhibition touring the world in 2007-8.

The programme is organised by ACT Responsible, an initiative of AdForum and the production is supported by International Advertising Association (IAA).

Ad Forum dream leader, ACT initiator and IAA vice president corporate social responsibility Herve de Clerck said, "Our goal is to federate, inspire and promote great work in advertising and communication, in favour of social responsibility and sustainable development, and to show how advertising plays a significant role in raising awareness in today's crucial world issues."

The advertising concept, developed by TBWA\Corporate\NonProfit, has been produced by Artrack.
