MUMBAI: Volvo Car India announced the appointment of Genesis Burson-Marsteller, Euro RSCG and Mindshare to handle its communication in India.

These appointments follow a multi-agency review of invited consultancies pitch for the business.

While Genesis B-M will be the public relations consultancy, Euro RSCG will handle the advertising communications and Mindshare will be the media buying agency.

Commenting on the appointment, Volvo Car India managing director Paul de Voijs said, "We believe all the three consultancies have the necessary capability to assist us in achieving our business objectives. The strong process assurance, research based planning and understanding of our strategic and tactical goals have differentiated their proposals."
