The triumphant team in each city wins a cash prize of Rs 50, 000.

Announcing the launch of the event, Trent Ltd. marketing head Neeti Chopra said, "The Westside Style Showdown 2005 was a huge hit amongst the youth that created a platform for them to showcase their fashion talent. And, this year, we are back with Style Showdown, promising another exciting event. At Westside, we have always looked at opportunities to connect with our consumers. Westside's collection of SRC & 2F4U for the youth is about being stylish yet free spirited and what better way to showcase this collection than to host a mega youth bash which symbolizes the free spirited talent of the youth."

The Westside Motorola Style Showdown in association with MTV is co-sponsored by Kamasutra and Middlesex University, the release informs.
