As
per the terms of the contest, participants can compete in two categories:
Stock bikes up to 125 cc or in the 126 cc to 250 cc category.
However,
participants must complete three stages on a dirt track - an open
straight stretch, obstacle course and a wiggle-woggle section. The
winner will be selected on the basis of a point system.
The
Castrol Power1 Throttle Max champion in each category will
get the opportunity to travel to Valencia Moto GP in Spain and interact
with the Gresini Honda team.
Commenting
on the event, Castrol India director automotive business A S Ramchander
said, "Castrol Power1Throttle Max is certainly going to be
a challenge that every bike enthusiast will want to participate
in. It's that complete moment of sheer adrenaline rush where the
most passionate bikers will get to test their skills. It will be
a huge biking event across India that will get bikers together.

The
Castrol Power1 Throttle Max will be held at two locations
in the country simultaneously:
21 May at Delhi and Hyderabad
28 May at Chandigarh and Bangalore
4 June at Kolkata and Chennai
11 June at Mumbai and Pune
The Finals wil be held on 18 June in Jaipur.
