Mudra's Primesite becomes first OOH agency to receive ISO certification

MUMBAI: Mudra's out-of-home division Primesite has received the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) 9001:2000 certification. Primesite is the first out-of-home agency in India to get this certification.

Det Norske Veritas (DNV) has awarded the ISO certification to Primesite for its excellence in design, process flow management and business development in the field of visual merchandising, retail design / execution and strategic visual communication for special environments.
 
 
Primesite completed the certification process in 10 months, passing several on-site inspections and demonstrating that its documented processes and its India operations fully complied with the stringent ISO standards.

In its evaluation, DNV acknowledged that Primesite had achieved standards of excellence in the areas of business development, designing, vendor management, operations and maintenance, customer focus, leadership, people involvement, process excellence and continuous process improvement.
