Radio Mirchi ropes in Govinda for promotional campaign

MUMBAI: Radio Mirch has roped in Bollywood star Govinda to drive the Radio Mirchi Love Taxi on the streets of Mumbai on 29 December and take the listeners around town.

Govinda is playing a taxi driver in the forth coming movie Salaam-E-Ishq. In continuation with his image in the movie he will play the role of a taxi driver this Friday only for Radio Mirchi listeners, asserts an official release.

Listeners who wish to take a drive with the star will have to call up Radio Mirchi on 40983983 and share details of their love story in which a taxi had a role to play. Radio Mirchi will then pick up the best of the love stories.

The winning couples get a chance to be with actor Govinda on 29 December. Also throughout the day, Radio Mirchi listeners will be given clues about all the hang outs Govinda will be visiting. Listeners, who will spot the Radio Mirchi Love Taxi, will win lots of goodies from autographs to music cds, adds the release.
