chain Alukkas enters Bangalore

BANGALORE: Kerala-based jewellery chain
Alukkas has announced its plan to open their outlet in Bangalore on
21 May. Alukkas has 36 outlets in Kerala, 32 in the Middle East and
one in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Alukkas
primarily advertise on television, print and outdoor media. This year
Alukkas has roped in southern sensation Meena for a 15 second TVC.
The ad, created by Alukkas' in-house agency Anna Ads, is made on a
budget of Rs 1.5 million.
The ad budget for promotion in all media
including television is estimated to be in the range of Rs 5 million
to Rs 10 million this year. Alukkas is also on the lookout for a suitable
brand ambassador.
Alukkas' turnover last year was in excess
of Rs 6 billion, according to Alukkas GM Jose PP.
