 The
story revolves around two central characters, Lincoln and Jordan
who make a daring escape to the outside world they've never known,
with time not on their side. Once they are on the outside and away
from the prying eyes of the institute, the innocent friendship they
shared begins to deepen into something more. But with the forces
of the facility relentlessly hunting them down, Lincoln and Jordan
have one overriding mission: to live.

and Roberto Orci, The Island is produced by Walter F. Parkes,
Michael Bay and Ian Bryce, and has Laurie McDonlad as its executive
producer. The film is based on a story written by Tredwell-Owen.
