| Indian Oil's unique customer loyalty programme has
two card-based offerings, namely XTRA POWER and XTRA REWARDS,
for its retail customers. The XTRA POWER Fleet Card programme
offers complete logistical solution for the fleet owners. A smart
card based loyalty programme, it offers convenience of cashless transactions,
free personal accident insurance for the fleet owners and the vehicle
crew, in addition to the reward points linked to the fuel purchases.
The programme also offers free of cost basic tracking and option
real time tracking at highly subsidized cost. With the signing of
the MOU, the XTRAPOWER customers will earn reward points
every time they purchase JK tyres, tubes and flaps, which they can
redeem for fuel, gifts and other value-added services. Services
like repair, re-treading, alignment, balancing, etc. at JK Truck
radial service centers located across the golden quadrilateral and
key trucking centers across the country will be made available to
these customers at a special price, informs an official release.
