MUMBAI: Ozone Ayurvedics, who has the flagship brand Nomarks, has launched a new television commercial. The company has set aside a budget of Rs 35 million for the 10-second commercial to ensure maximum impact through intensive airplay.

With Carat Media Services mandated for its media planning exercise, the commercial has started airing on Aaj Tak, Zee News, MTV, Sun TV, Jeevan TV and Southern Spice channels from 14 October.

The media strategy of the campaign -- that introduces a new 12 grams mini pack of Nomarks, priced at Rs 29 -- is to handpick select vehicles having appropriate reach and emphasize on a high repeat rate. "Our emphasis is on intensive airplay using a select set of vehicles to ensure an accurate and concentrated reach to a precise target audience," said Ozone Ayurvedics vice-president P S Sandhu.

With Vitamin E, sunscreen, antioxidants and micronutrients, Nomarks helps prevent pimples and diminishes dark circles, blemishes, pimple marks, hyper pigmentation and minor cut/burn marks. The new pack, that will be available across all cosmetic stores, is an addition to the Nomarks portfolio that includes the Nomarks Scrub, Nomarks Elbow Cream, Nomarks Face Wash Gel and the Nomarks Scrub Soap. The regular pack of Nomarks mark removal cream continues to be available at Rs 58 across all stores, informed an official release.

"The Nomarks cream has been immensely popular and we have launched a smaller pack of the same so that it is convenient to be used as a daily essential item," said Sandhu. "The new media campaign has been launched to announce the new, smaller pack, which will be priced at Rs 29 only."
