| In the recent development at Madison,
the Media West's chief operating officer (COO) Punitha Arumugam was

Following the COO (North & South) CVL Srinivas' resignation,
Balsara announced the promotion of Ajit Varghese as general manager

Speaking about the change in the designation, Balsara says, "Whilst
we are sorry to see Srini move on, his departure presents an opportunity
to give greater responsibility to younger people within the system
and reward them for their contribution. Madison has always carefully
selected young people and groomed them to rise into enviable positions."
Another addition in the position changes is that of Neel Kamal
Sharma, who had been promoted to the position of general manager.
