Timex, Reliance India Mobile in marketing tie up

NEW DELHI: Timex Watches has announced a tie up with Reliance India Mobile (RIM) as a part of the Timex Billennium Celebrations.
 
 

An official release informs that on purchase of a Timex watch that costs more than Rs 845, customers will get a Reliance India Mobile (RIM) handset with connection free. Under the Monsoon Hungama scheme the Timex customer gets an off of Rs 501 on a RIM handset with connection. The offer is valid till 31 November 2003 or for 30 days from the date of purchase of the Timex watch, whichever is earlier. This offer is operational all across India.

Timex's sales and marketing VP VD Wadhwa added, "Timex, over the years has always been bringing excitement into the lives of its customers. We are sure that this festive season our unique offer would be a great hit with everyone. With this offer we expect a 100 per cent boost in our sales."
