A press release informs that Chandan has been in the advertising
discipline for the past 20 years. Post his MBA, Chandan started
his career with Speer Communications, Ahmedabad, which was followed
by Rediffusion, Mumbai in 1984.
Chandan joined Mudra in 1993. He spearheaded the new business cell
at Ahmedabad and also set up the financial cell that was responsible
for premium public issues such as Sun Pharmaceuticals, Metrochem
Industries, Parekh Platinum, Adani Exports, Sanskrut Comfort Systems
amongst others. Chandan has been closely associated in the growth
of one of Mudras biggest clients Paras Pharmaceuticals
Ltd.
The Mudra group, with a client roster of 150 clients today, consists
of two ad agencies (Mudra and Interact Vision); one Media Services
Agency (OMS); and six Strategic Business Divisions operating out
of a network of eight cities.
With an equity partnership with DDB Worldwide and a portfolio of
some of Indias best brands, the company has won several awards
over the past years for its outstanding contribution to the advertising
world. Mudras strategic business divisions consists of MagIndia,
which is an archives of Indian Advertising, Primesite (Outdoor Media),
Digital Branding Solutions, Mudra Videotech (TV & Software Production
& Mktg.), Mudra Pharma, One to One Communications (Relationship
Marketing).
Apart from being its founder, Mudra is also the driving force behind
MICA a postgraduate school in Advertising and Communications.
