promotion.
Kids
can tune-in to Nick between 12 noon to 10 pm and answer
a simple question for every hour. Each right answer
will fetch then 10 points. To send in the right answers
kids need to call on 1250111555 (if MTNL user) or
1250155 (if a Airtel Landline user). BSNL landline,
BSNL mobile and MTNL mobile users can call on 1255568,
SMS F-U-N-D-O-O with either A/B/C to 56882
or log on to www.nickindia.com and submit their
answers for the day. Kids can participate as many
times as they desire. Four kids among the maximum
points gainer will get a chance to feature in the
video.
Commenting
on the promotion, Nick India VP and GM Nina Elavia Jaipuria said, Nick believes
in giving kids what they want. Nick Fundoo Superstar is another step in this direction
and every aspect of it has been designed keeping a child in mind. Since kids want
to be famous on TV, we made this the core proposition of our summer campaign.
I look forward to seeing loads of fundoo kids across the country grooving to the
Nickified version of Mauja Hi Mauja and hope they have a blast this
summer.
On
the marketing front, Nick plans a high decibel multi-platform
campaign around Nick Fundoo Superstar Contest to reach
the kids across every conceivable touch point.
The
3600 campaign will comprise multi-city ground activation,
print, online, cinema, radio, outdoor and Cross channel
television plan.
Mass
media, led by cross channel promotion on television,
will aim to not only reach the kid, but also the parents
who are key influencers.
On
ground, there would be a fleet of Nick wagons across
more than 20 cities that will tour key markets (cities
of UP and MP) and a school activation program across
schools, thus extending the Nick experience beyond
television. Additionally, mall activities across key
markets will engage kids and their families and build
awareness.
Nick Fundoo
Superstar will be aggressively promoted in-cinema around the launch of big summer
movie releases like Bhoothnath and Ghatotkach.
The
Grand Finale of the Nick Fundoo Superstar Contest will be the Release of the Nick
Music Video on Nick in July 2008.
