DELHI: Delhi-based Images Multimedia has got the FIPB (foreign
investment promotion board) approval to induct up to 26 per
cent foreign equity for Rs 333.7 million in a company engaged
in the publication of speciality magazines.

Multimedia is a portal for retail and other business information.
The
FIPB, however, has deferred Amar Ujala Publications' proposal
for amalgamation of two companies consequent upon the order
of a High Court and induction of fresh foreign direct investment.
