MUMBAI: MediaE2E has announced an agreement with mobile video-delivery platforms maker Veveo Inc to offer its vTap web video application as a service in its Indian TV programme guide web site - Zipazap.com.

"vTap is a vital addition to our plans. We hope to unleash a wider and richer video search experience for our users through vTap," says MediaE2E CEO Atul Phadnis.

Launched in early 2007, Zipazap claims to have close to 300 Indian TV channel schedules and thousands of programme listings in its programme guide services.

"We expect embedding the vTap widget on MediaE2E's TV listings, and the programme guide web site will enable users to find web videos on topics of interest to them right when they are looking for TV programmes on these topics," says Veveo Inc director of strategy and business development Satya Ramaswamy.
