MUMBAI:
Input Media has won a competitive tender to produce the International
Super Signal for the French Open at Roland Garros for the
next two years.
Appointed
by the French Tennis Federation (FFT), the sports production
company will provide the tournament presentation to the international
rights holders for the event, which complements the French
host broadcaster’s own coverage.
In
India, the event will air on ESPN Star Sports.
Input
Media MD David Wood said, "This contract not only expands
our tennis portfolio, but also highlights our growing reputation
as producers of big live events and our position as a major
sports production company in the global market."
This
event joins other Input Media clients including Uefa, Team
Marketing, FIFA, the International Tennis Federation, Setanta
Sports, Chelsea Digital Media, Arsenal TV, The Football Association,
Wembley Stadium, IEC in Sports, Pitch International and Sport
Five.
