Bhattacharya
says that the full VoD services would kick
off from May first week. Meanwhile, Pragya
is finalising the deal with another Indian
IPTV service provider which would also be
available by first week of May.
Pragya
channel will have a revenue sharing arrangement
with both the IPTV service providers. While
the accruals would be in rupees for the
Indian company, the US company would remit
in dollars.
The
content Pragya is offering the IPTV players,
Bhattacharya says, include the crime-based
show Ehsaas. The programme is based
on the lives of criminals who have not just
realised their crimes but have turned to
a positive path. It is the only programme
which is specially screened in Delhi's high
security Tihar jail.
