CN to stage its characters at Butlins resort

MUMBAI: Cartoon Network has signed a one-year licensing deal with a resort company, Butlins. According to the deal, the resort will play a show featuring popular characters of Cartoon network.

The show that will be staged is Wheely Big Super-Toontastic Game Show, along with its costume character appearances and a retail presence in Butlin's onsite stores.

Starting in May 2008, the live show will run twice a week at each of Butlin's three UK resorts - Skegness, Minehead and Bognor.

The 70-minute show will also feature characters like Fourarms from Ben10, Dexter and Dee Dee from Dexter's Laboratory, Grim from The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, plus Chudd Chudders and The Earl from Skatoony.
