MUMBAI: Jetix Europe has appointed Daniel Wineman who
is an executive from Cartoon Network and Boomerang in
the US to the newly created role of director of original
series and co-productions.
Wineman
will report to Marc Buhaj, senior VP of programming
for Jetix Europe.
Wineman
will be charged with all creative aspects of the original
series and co-productions at Jetix Europe.
He
spent 10 years working across programming and scheduling
at Cartoon Network and Boomerang, and his most recent
position was director of acquisitions and co-productions.
Buhaj
said: "Daniel is extremely well respected by
his peers across the globe. In his role he will play
a vital role in our current and future projects."
