MUMBAI: Since summer has already knocked on the doors
and vacations have almost started, Kids' channels are
busy with their initiatives to woo the kids.
Nick,
the kids' channel from the Viacom 18 stable, has lined
up new offerings for children.
"During
summers, every day is a Sunday for kids and therefore,
we have an interesting lineup for them which also includes
a couple of premieres in the Nick Home Cinema slot,"
said Nick India VP and GM Nina Elavia Jaipuria.
Kicking
off on 21 April at 5 pm is Niender which is about
a masked cat out on adventures. The channel will also
run a contest around the show, which will hit the screens
on 11 April.
Nick
will also offer a couple of 'marathons' wherein two
back-to-back two- and a-half-hour episodes of Ninja
Hatori and Perman will be aired.
