MUMBAI:
Taj TV India has promoted Gargi Kaul to vice president –
advertising sales. She will lead Taj TV’s national sales
team, which markets the two channels - Ten Sports and Zee
Sports.
According
to an official release, Kaul has been an integral part of
the Ten Sports Advertising Sales team in India since she joined
in August 2003, and had a noteworthy contribution during Indian
tours of Pakistan (2004 and 2006), Sri Lanka and the West
Indies.
Prior
to joining Taj TV, Gargi worked for ESPN Star Sports in Delhi
from 2000-2002 and then had a short stint with SET managing
sales for the 2003 Cricket World Cup.
