MUMBAI: UK pubcaster BBC's commercial arm BBC Worldwide
has launched the Teletubbies magazine in China. The
title will be published by Children's Fun Publishing.
Containing
24 pages, the monthly magazine will be targeted at
0-3 year olds.
BBC Magazines head of licensing and syndication James
Hewes says, "We are thrilled to have Teletubbies
magazine available in China. It is such a big market
and we are in no doubt that it will match the title’s
success in previous countries. We hope to secure more
deals for our children's titles with Children's Fun
Publishing Co. Ltd in the future."
International
licenses of Teletubbies are available in Netherlands,
Germany, Middle East and Poland.
