MUMBAI:
Channel [V] is taking its blogger story forward with its new
show My India Report. The music channel had earlier
invited bloggers to capture the [V] concert.
This
time around, with My India Report, its adding a dash
of patriotism to its content mix. A travelogue of sorts, the
opinionated show records the views young Indian bloggers and
tries to gauge what the 'Gen X' thinks about its country.
Kicking
off on 1 November at 7.30 pm, the show has six young reporters
representing the 'rising India' interacting with the people
across country and capturing their thoughts on cameras.
The
team of six called 'Mir' comprises of Ruhi, Ami, Pallavi,
Kartik and Prashant. As the show progresses, they journey
across eight key cities, starting in Ahmedabad and dispel
certain myths while reinforcing some preconceived notions
about young India.
My
India Report will present the ambitions, expectations
and hope of the nation. Apart from these, it will also discuss
a lot of issues right from environment, marriage, love, politics,
government, religion and careers.
The
opening episode of the show will introduce viewers to the
six young travelers and give them a sneak preview of what
is to come in the coming weeks.
