MUMBAI: Disney along with designer Kirstie Kelly unveiled the 'Blossoms for flower girls' collection alongside a new line of bridal gowns inspired by the strength and beauty of each Disney Princess.

'Kirstie Kelly For Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings' were showcased on the runways as part of New York Bridal Fashion Week. The expanded collection now includes a new line of bridal gowns, 'Maidens' for bridesmaids and 'Jewels,' jewelry and veils, each inspired by the Disney Princesses.

The essence of each Disney Princess is captured, including Ariel, Aurora/Sleeping Beauty, Belle, Cinderella, Jasmine, and Snow White through various collections.

The inaugural Blossoms collection features 12 style options in sizes 4 to 14.

The couture-style gowns are available in a wide range of colors and fabrications such as duchess satin, satin back faille, taffeta, and silk shantung with intricate beading and adornments.

The Jewels collection is a glittering showcase of Disney
Princess-inspired pieces designed to complement every gown in the collection, including dainty hand-forged flowers made of fine czech crystal for snow white, softer, translucent crystals for Cinderella, and a combination of fresh water pearls and crystals with deeper hues for Ariel.

"The Blossoms collection bridges the inspiration of the Disney
Princesses with the design sensibilities of Kirstie Kelly, while the new Maidens and Jewels collections translate the color and texture drawn from the well known fairy tales," said Disney Consumer Products EVP global apparel Jim Calhoun. "Together, the collections offer a stunning array of possibilities and choices for brides looking to add that
special magical touch."
