"Ben
10, which is a widely successful show for the
channel and a very hit property worldwide has already
sold 1.5 million units in UK. While we will be launching
the property in Middle East soon,in India we have
signed a first ever on-air and on-ground integrated
promotional license," said Cartoon Network Enterprises
India and South Asia director Jiggy George.
Elaborating
further George said, "This kind of a deal will
boost our client loyalty besides increasing our sales."
Priced
between Rs 299 to Rs 1249 these apparels will be available
in 56 designs from the first week of November.
In
the category of toys, the Ben 10 branded toys
like SKUs 27 (figurines, transforming figurines, Omnitrex,
Ben 10 alien labs and role-play sets) will be available
across Gini and Jony stores along with Shoppers Stop,
Pantaloons, Landmark, Lifestyle, Reliance and Odyssey
from 25 October.

units of these toys which are priced between Rs 299
and Rs 2499 have been made available.
"Our
other merchandising deals for Powerpuff Girls,
Dexter and Beyblade have been successful.
Its great time ahead considering the retail development
in India and the popularity of our characters.We will
also extend our properties across various other categories,"
added George.
CNE
has got Eurokids on the floor as an extension of Ben
10 in the publishing category. Activity books
in six titles priced at Rs 35 will be launched in
November across 200 stores in pan India.
Going
ahead unconventionally they have also tied up with
Berger Kidz in the wall paint category.
DIY
Paint kit including Ben 10 glow features (Aliens/Ben
10 logo, among others) which is priced at Rs 1950
will unveil in December.
CNE
has partnered with Mitashi to distribute the Ben 10
branded stationeries from December.
