Ninja Hattori and Ajay Jadeja will also promote the
contest in seven cities around India - Delhi, Mumbai,
Kolkata, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad and Indore.
At these cities, kids will not only get a chance to
play with Ajay Jadeja, but also an opportunity to
meet up with Ninja Hattori.
Commenting on the promotion, Nick India VP and GM
Nina Elavia Jaipuria, said, "Nick ChakDe Ninja'
gives every kid in India once-in-a-lifetime opportunity
to realise one of their biggest dreams - to cheer
for team India, sitting in the stadium with their
mom/dad. And if they're accompanied by their favourite
toon-star along with Ajay Jadeja, the cheers can only
get louder." She further adds, "At Nick,
it is our endeavour to put a smile on kids' faces
at all times and 'Nick ChakDe Ninja' is another initiative
in that direction."
To
participate, children can watch Ninja Hattori episodes
on Nick from 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm on weekdays and answer
some questions asked during the show.
To
answer the question of the day, kids need to call
on 1250111555 (if MTNL user) or 1250155 (if a BSNL/Airtel
Landline user) and record their answers. Airtel, Vodafone,
BPL, Idea mobile users can call on 505 6882. Alternately,
they can also SMS 'Nick A/B/C' to 56882 or log on
to www.nickindia.com and submit their answers
for the day. Every kid can participate as many times
as he/she desires.
On
the marketing front, Nick plans a 3600 campaign around
Nick Chakde Ninja Contest, comprising ground activation;
print, online, in-theatres and television. On ground,
Nick will initiate mall activities in five cities,
school activation programs in over 330 schools in
four cities and a van activation campaign in Delhi,
Punjab and Rajasthan.
