MUMBAI:Ten Sports will air Samsung Champions Trophy live from 29 November.

This year's Champions Trophy is being played at the National Hockey Stadium, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, from 29 November until 9 December.

The International Hockey Federation (FIH) awarded the tournament to Malaysia after some of the teams refused to travel to Pakistan, who were supposed to be the original hosts.

With Malaysia as new host, the Samsung Champions Trophy 2007 has been expanded to eight teams and the tournament will be played as a one-pool competition. The six original participants - Australia, Germany, Korea, Netherlands, Pakistan and Spain - have been joined by the host Malaysia and Great Britain.

Most of the matches will be shown live on Ten Sports, including the final (scheduled for 9 December 5:35 pm IST).

Highlights package of the whole day's play will be shown later at night.
