Undergroundfilm launches on Joost

MUMBAI: US movie site Undergroundfilm has launched on Internet television service Joost.

 

Undergroundfilm’s (UGF) Joost channels feature animation, shorts and feature films. The content for the channels is provided by UGF’s partner filmmakers, hundreds of talented people committed to serious film who have contributed to UGF’s library of over 2000 films.

UGF creative director Daniel Watts says, “Joost is revolutionising the way independent film content is viewed using the power of the Internet. It is offering audiences something truly radical in terms of network programming: real choice”.

 
All three UGF channels will be updated regularly with fresh content. The UGF channels on Joost include:

• Undergroundfilm Shorts, with short films from independent producers around the world, is available at http://www.joost.com/238003c.

• Undergroundfilm Features, available at http://www.joost.com/238003e, features full-length independent movies.

• Undergroundfilm Animation, featuring animated films from around the world, is on Joost at http://joost.com/238003d.
