Aristocrat Technologies creates game out of 'The Sopranos'

MUMBAI: Aristocrat Technologies in the US has made a game based on the gangster drama show The Sopranos.

 

The Sopranos is Aristocrat's new three-level mystery-style linked progressive featuring new games based on the hit television series. This exciting product line is being launched on Aristocrat's all-new MavStepper cabinet.

The cabinet includes enhanced reel speeds, superior lighting and an LCD top box, all in the r footprint of the Mav500 cabinet. LCD graphics and signage branded with The Sopranos completes this fully integrated package.

HBO VP licensing and retail James Costos says, "We are in a unique position because our shows have a lot of life to them. Through our product extension and partnerships with companies like Aristocrat Technologies, we are satisfying both those consumers who are already fans of the show, and those who are experiencing it for the first time in a new
way."

 

Aristocrat Technologies president Tim Parrott says, " Aristocrat is very excited to be partnering with HBO to bring the popular TV show The Sopranos to the gaming industry. We are confident that the recognition of The Sopranos brand, coupled with Aristocrat's superior game play, will provide the ultimate game play experience."

The first casinos to join The Sopranos "family" are Mandalay Bay, Silverton, Club Fortune, Las Vegas Hilton, and Luxor Las Vegas, where players can get in on the action today. Next in line are the Monte Carlo, Las Vegas Club, Palms and Orleans.

Players at each of these casinos will be constantly entertained by The Sopranos clips, music, animations, and character images and graphics sequences. Excitement is increased with three mystery-style jackpot levels and bonus features.
