DELHI: The Emraan Hashmi-Geeta Basra starrer The Train
– The Inspiration directed by Hasnain S Hydrabadwala
and Raksha Mistry is to have its world premiere at the International
India Film Academy (IIFA) Weekend in Yorkshire early next
month.
The
film, which also stars Sayali Bhagat and Aseem Bhagat and
is produced by Shyam Bajaj, will be screened at Cineworld
Castleford on 7 June.
The
Premiere will be held on the inaugural day of the IIFA Weekend,
which includes several mega events including the FICCI –
Global Business Forum organized in collaboration with the
Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the
Foundation Celebrity Cricket Match between an IIFA XI and
a Yorkshire XI, and the Idea IIFA Awards. In addition, this
year’s IIFA is going green by joining hands with a movement
against global warming known as Global Cool.
The
premieres will include Colours of Sacrifice which is
a shortened English version of the Aamir Khan starrer ‘Rang
De Basanti’ directed by Rakeysh Mehra.
